- The rental price is for the entire property.

- Prices include the entire house, regardless of how many people are occupying it.

- The rental price does not include an additional 140 € cleaning fee and the Tourist Tax (1€ per person per night).

- Maximum no. of people: 16 people + 2 babies (under 18 months).

- The house is located in a village so we ask you to respect the rest of the neighbours after 22h. In the event of a complaint to the police for non-compliance, the client will be solely responsible and must pay the fine, if any.

- Minimum stay during the low season: 2 nights.

- Minimum stay July & August: 5 nights, except for exceptions.

- Check-in time: from 6 p.m. / Check-out time: 11am (but you can stay until 6 p.m. if there is not another group arriving the same day).

- Please ask if you want to come with dogs.
- By paying for the booking, the client accepts the conditions mentioned here.

- The house is registered in the "Direcció General de Turisme de Catalunya" with the number HUTG-029201, and appears in the official guide of Catalan tourist establishments.

 

Cancelations

- In order to receive 100% of the fee back, a cancelation must be made 30 whole days before the local time of arrival on the day the reservation would have begun.

- In order to receive 50% of the fee back, a cancelation must be made 15 whole days before the local time of arrival on the day the reservation would have begun.

- If a renter cancels less than 15 days before, or arrives and decides to leave before the agreed end date, the fee for the nights in question will not be reimbursed.
